Reawakening Memory & Wellness Through African Arts in Care
“Where rhythm remembers, and stories heal.”

The project will deliver African arts-based performances and participatory workshops across four care homes in Swale and Sittingbourne.

The programme combines live performance, storytelling, rhythm, and culturally rooted artistic expression to promote wellbeing, memory stimulation, inclusion, and intergenerational connection within care environments.
